PHCC Educational Foundation Announces Scholarship Winners
The Plumbing-Heating-Cooling Contractors - National Association (PHCC) Educational Foundation has announced the winners of its 2016 scholarships. Twenty-two students were awarded a total of $38,500 in scholarships.
